The Kookynie Gold Project comprises seven granted prospecting licences at Niagara West and Niagara North with historical workings and prior RC drilling. GoldArc has conditionally agreed to acquire Regener8 Resources NL's 100% interest, subject to shareholder, third-party and regulatory conditions.
