Golcap can earn an initial 90% through US$2 million of exploration funding and four million escrowed shares, then acquire the remaining 10% for C$250,000 and one million shares. Historical drilling and Davis-tube testing returned magnetic concentrate grades up to 1.15% V2O5, but no resource exists.
