Kanyika is a staged open-pit niobium-tantalum development in Mzimba District, Malawi. The April 2026 BFS is reported on a 100% project basis and models integrated concentration and hydrometallurgical refining to finished Nb2O5 and Ta2O5. Globe's subsidiary currently holds the project, with the Malawi Government entitled to a 10% free-carried interest when operations commence under the development agreement.
