GUE completed the sale of an 80% interest to Intra Energy Corporation in 2024, retaining a 20% interest and a 1% gross revenue royalty. A later GUE tenement schedule printed E63/2039 as 100% held without explaining or reversing that completed disposal, so the direct completion disclosure is retained as the ownership basis.
