Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited is an Australian uranium developer with resource and exploration assets in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and Saskatchewan and a cornerstone investment in Ubaryon uranium-enrichment technology. Snow Lake Resources Ltd acquired all GUE shares it did not already own on 13 February 2026, after which GUE became a wholly owned subsidiary and was removed from the ASX Official List.
