Nova is an existing 1.8 Mtpa sulphide concentrator and associated infrastructure that Global Lithium has agreed to acquire from IGO for A$7 million. Global Lithium held no completed ownership at 24 July 2026 and is undertaking an integration study for a potential Manna ore processing conversion before the acquisition closes.
