Juno comprises four contiguous granted exploration licences over approximately 644 square kilometres in Western Australia's Ashburton region. GEO acquired an 80% joint-venture interest and funds exploration through a decision to mine; Callum Baxter retains 20% and GEO has agreed to a production royalty of up to 5%.
