Tugaske is Gensource's flagship project within the wholly owned Vanguard Area leases KL 244 and KL 245 in south-central Saskatchewan. The completed October 2021 NI 43-101 summarizes a 250,000-tonne-per-year granular MOP feasibility and FEED design with selective solution-mining caverns, cooling crystallization, a rail spur and no surface salt tailings. In 2026 Gensource began a partner-funded technical refresh for at least 500,000 tonnes per year; that revised design, resource, reserve, cost estimate and NI 43-101 remain unfinished.
