McIntosh comprises graphite mineral rights across 17 tenements held and managed by NH3 Clean Energy. GCM has earned an 80% interest in those graphite rights, with NH3 retaining 20% and retaining the nickel, copper and PGE exploration rights. The June 2025 PFS outlines a long-life open-pit graphite operation.
