Gander Gold Corporation is a Canadian gold explorer with seven carried project areas in Newfoundland: Gander North, Gander South, Hermitage, Little River, Cape Ray II, Mount Peyton and BLT. The last three and part of Gander North were subject to defaulted and impaired Wildwood option agreements at the latest reporting date. The company has no current mineral resource, reserve or economic study and its securities remain suspended under a failure-to-file cease trade order.
