Kashitu is a shallow zinc project about seven kilometres southeast of Kabwe. Galileo received a ten-year small-scale mining licence beginning in March 2025 and is evaluating close-spaced drilling and a contractor-operated shallow open pit, but no compliant mineral resource or study economics have been published.
