Andacollo is a past-producing open-pit heap-leach mine with existing leach pads, adsorption-desorption-recovery infrastructure, permits and a large current gold resource. After acquiring the project in June 2026, Galantas began detailed engineering, site preparation, procurement and operational-readiness work and signed a binding agreement for a 20,000-tonne-per-day crushing plant.
