Gabriel has an 80.69% indirect interest through RMGC and Minvest holds 19.31%. Romania rejected RMGC's five-year exploitation-license extension in June 2024; RMGC is challenging that decision, and the issuer states that historical project disclosure is background information rather than a current development expectation.
