Fulcrum sold Tully to Loyalist in October 2025 but retains a 2 percent NSR, milestone consideration and an equity interest in Loyalist. Loyalist's July 2026 update reported approximately 265,000 ounces of gold and activated an additional consideration threshold subject to filing the associated technical report.
