The Charlot-Neely, Fontaine Lake, Snowbird and South Pendleton licence clusters are subject to an option assigned to Terra North in November 2025. Terra North confirmed issuance of 5.6 million shares at C$0.10 per share as second-anniversary consideration under the August 2026 second amendment. Terra North may acquire 100% only after completing the remaining staged cash, equity and exploration-expenditure conditions; Fulcrum retains a 1% NSR on exercise.
