Mkanda is Fortuna's 100%-owned flagship exploration project on licence EL0839-25 in central Malawi. Its maiden JORC 2012 Inferred Mineral Resource contains separately reported rutile and graphite, while monazite, xenotime and zircon remain under evaluation. Infill and deeper aircore drilling, metallurgy, baseline studies and conceptual development work are in progress.
