Bay Road covers 425 hectares immediately south of the White Otter Batholith and is centred on approximately six kilometres of mapped felsic intrusive rock. The 2025 programme found strongly felsic, fractionated pegmatites with local rare-earth elevations, but the property remains untested by systematic modern exploration.
