Focus's flagship high-grade flake graphite deposit is designed as a conventional open-pit mine and flotation plant producing about 47,781 tonnes of saleable concentrate annually. The April 2023 feasibility update supports a 27-year reserve-based mine life, and 2026 work has concentrated on ESIA completion, road and power planning, pilot processing and downstream qualification.
