Flinders Mines Limited changed its name to Red Hawk Mining Limited and ticker from FMS to RHK in 2023. Fortescue's FMG Pilbara subsidiary acquired control in February 2025, commenced compulsory acquisition and caused Red Hawk's removal from the ASX official list on 28 February 2025. Its former Blacksmith and Anvil iron-ore assets are now Fortescue-controlled rather than current independent FMS projects.
