Khao Soon comprises the approximately 11-square-kilometre Special Prospecting Licence Application TSPLA 1/2549 over the historic Khao Soon tungsten mine and is held through Flagship's wholly owned Thai subsidiary. No field work was completed during 2025, the title remains at application stage, and Flagship is preparing the project for sale. Thai Goldfields NL is entitled to an A$2 million cash payment only upon first tungsten trioxide concentrate production from a tungsten project on TSPLA 1/2549 or its successor title, and a further A$2 million cash payment only upon first such production from a project on an abutting tenement or successor title; neither contingent payment is reported as due or paid.
