Fitzroy holds a 2% net smelter return royalty over products from EL5920 at Bowdens, reducing to 1% after cumulative royalty receipts of US$5 million. Silver Mines released the definitive feasibility study for Bowdens on 21 July 2026. Development consent remains subject to redetermination.
