Polimet comprises approximately 1,860 hectares near Petorca and Cabildo in central Chile. Historical small-scale workings exploited high-grade gold-copper-silver veins, and Fitzroy completed mapping, geochemistry, geophysics and a 12-hole Phase 1 drill program. Fitzroy can acquire the project after US$2.25 million of exploration expenditure and a US$1.2 million exercise payment, subject to a 2% NSR; the option remains unexercised and no current resource exists.
