Fitzroy is earning the project through staged exploration spending of US$5 million and a US$2 million exercise payment, followed by a 3% NSR and a construction-decision payment linked to contained copper. Drilling and a 2026 MobileMT survey have identified large conductive anomalies connected to copper-molybdenum-gold intercepts, but no current resource exists and the option has not been exercised.
