Buen Retiro comprises approximately 13,840 hectares around the historical Manto Negro open pit in the Punta del Cobre IOCG district, about 60 kilometres south of Copiapó. Fitzroy holds contractual options to acquire the Buen Retiro and Sierra Fritis concessions but has not yet exercised them. Four rigs were advancing resource definition and exploration in July 2026, while metallurgical, geotechnical, environmental and engineering work supported a planned heap-leach development concept, maiden resource and PFS. No current mineral resource, reserve or economics have been published.
