Fission Uranium Corp. was a Canadian uranium developer whose principal asset was the PLS project and Triple R deposit in Saskatchewan. Paladin Energy acquired 100% of Fission in December 2024, FCU was delisted, and the subsidiary was later renamed Paladin Canada Inc.
