First Au exited its former 35% joint-venture interest in the 831.09 square kilometre Nimba licence and retained a 2% net smelter return royalty. Hamak Gold may repurchase the royalty at any time for US$1 million per one percentage point, and First Au has no further operating or funding obligation.
