Gimlet is First Au's wholly owned advanced exploration project on mining lease M26/849 and exploration licence E26/174, about 15 kilometres northwest of Kalgoorlie. A current JORC 2012 resource contains 112,900 ounces of gold, and scoping-level metallurgy, mining, geotechnical, environmental and processing-option studies are in progress.
