Filo Corp. was a Canadian copper-gold-silver developer whose sole material asset was the binational Filo del Sol project in Argentina and Chile. BHP and Lundin Mining acquired all Filo shares in January 2025, the listing was delisted, and Filo del Sol is now held within their 50/50 Vicuña joint arrangement alongside Josemaria.
