Las Huaquillas comprises the historic underground Los Socavones prospect and contiguous concessions in northern Peru. Fidelity holds 44.5% through Rial Minera and has the right to earn an additional 5.5% by funding up to US$3 million of underground sampling and drilling after drill-permit approval; the required US$500,000 cash component has been paid. The company secured surface access in February 2026 and is preparing road access, underground rehabilitation, sampling and drilling. The property has no current NI 43-101 mineral resource; all older estimates and the presentation's one-million-ounce objective are historical or conceptual only.
