Beebyn-W10 forms part of Fenix's Beebyn Hub under the Weld Range right-to-mine agreement with Sinosteel Midwest Corporation. All mining approvals for Stage 1 were received in July 2026 and mine development is under way. Approvals for certain future mining areas remain in progress. A portion of the W10 pit is restricted from clearing because of conservation-significant flora; Fenix is awaiting specialist government advice before submitting environmental applications for that area and expects no constraint on W10 mining. The 22 May 2026 Letter of Consent covers the first 5Mt of sellable W10 ore. Operations remain subject to applicable Right to Mine, Native Title, heritage and environmental arrangements and State Government, Native Title and private royalties, including SMC royalties.
