Three exploration permit applications covering 757 square kilometres are 100% owned by Famien subsidiaries. The Withdrawal Agreement provides for up to US$300,000 in staged payments over 12 to 20 months, including US$100,000 payable shortly; later payments depend on permit grants and renewals. Previous holders retain a 2% NSR on mined gold production, half of which Famien may purchase for US$5 million.
