Falcon plans a commercial-scale CSPG facility at Jorf Lasfar using spheroidization, multi-acid purification and carbon coating. The October 2025 AACE Class 3 technical-economic study targets 26,000 tonnes of CSPG and 19,000 tonnes of fines annually, with initial capital estimated at US$86 million and CSPG operating cost of US$3,168 per tonne.
