Bellehelen is a 227-claim silver-gold project about 69 kilometres east-southeast of Tonopah along a mineralized trend exceeding ten kilometres. Excalibur can acquire a 100% interest by completing US$300,000 of cash payments and C$225,000 of share consideration through the fourth closing anniversary. The vendor retains a 2% NSR, half of which can be repurchased for C$1 million. Excalibur has not yet exercised the option or disclosed a current resource.
