Evolve Power Limited, formerly Montem Resources Limited, is a delisted Australian public company managing the closure and reclamation of its retained Tent Mountain coal property in Alberta and British Columbia. It sold its remaining Tent Mountain pumped-hydro partnership interest to TransAlta in February 2025 and surrendered its Chinook and Greenfield coal assets under a C$95 million Alberta settlement; after returning A$39.999 million to shareholders, it intends to satisfy the remaining closure obligations and consider further distributions and wind-up.
