Chilalo is Evolution's flagship graphite development in Ruangwa District, southeast Tanzania. Kudu Graphite holds mining licence ML/716/2023 and prospecting licence PL/25161/2023; Evolution has an 84% beneficial interest and the Government of Tanzania holds a 16% undiluted free-carried interest. The project has a current JORC resource and reserve, completed FEED work and a March 2023 updated DFS based on conventional open-pit mining and flotation.
