Gaibandha comprises three granted mining leases covering 2,395 hectares and a current JORC 2012 indicated and inferred heavy-mineral-sands resource. Wet and dry plants are operating at pilot scale, a 109-tonne concentrate shipment left for China in June 2026, and new modular equipment is being commissioned before larger pilot and trial-commercial activity.
