Mt Dimer Taipan is a wholly owned, fully permitted open-pit gold-silver project comprising mining lease M77/515 and adjoining exploration licence E77/2383. Mining and ore stockpiling are under way under a Right to Mine Agreement through which MEGA Resources funds and operates the campaign, recovers committed expenditure solely from project revenue and then shares surplus 50:50 with Everest. More than 90,000 tonnes had reached the ROM pad by June 2026, but the issuer had not confirmed toll treatment or commercial production.
