European Metals Holdings Limited is an Australian-incorporated developer advancing the Cinovec Lithium Project in the Czech Republic. European Metals owns 49% of project company Geomet s.r.o. and CEZ a.s., through its wholly owned subsidiary Severočeské doly a.s., owns 51%.
