European Lithium Limited is an Australian-listed critical-minerals developer with wholly owned lithium exploration projects in Austria and Ireland, a direct 7.5% interest in the Tanbreez Rare Earths Project and an approximately 31% shareholding in Critical Metals Corp. CRML owns the Wolfsberg Lithium Project and the other 92.5% of Tanbreez; EUR is subject to a pending all-scrip scheme under which CRML proposes to acquire all EUR securities.
