Rabbitt comprises eight contiguous mineral claims covering 1,048 hectares in the Similkameen Mining Division, approximately 23 kilometres northwest of Princeton and 1.3 kilometres west of Tulameen. Essex may acquire 100% from Dylan Adam by paying C$105,000, issuing 200,000 shares and incurring at least C$300,000 in exploration expenditures, after which the optionor retains a 2% NSR. The option had not been exercised at the latest reporting date.
