ERDA retains a 2% NSR over Canadian Chrome's Koper Lake-McFaulds claims, including the Black Horse chromite deposit in Ontario's Ring of Fire. One-quarter of the royalty may be purchased for C$5 million and the next quarter is subject to a right of first refusal.
