Grande Côte is a coastal heavy-mineral-sands operation using dredge and dry-mining methods with wet concentration and mineral separation to produce ilmenite, zircon, rutile and leucoxene. Eramet revised Grande Côte’s mine plan in H1 2026. Following the fire, a new value test incorporating prices, costs and reserves resulted in an additional €112 million impairment at June 30, 2026.
