Hugo North Extension includes the 2021 Lift 1 feasibility reserve case and the non-overlapping Lift 2 PEA resource. Panel 1 waste-zone development started in 2024 but ore-zone work is paused pending legal transfer of the Shivee Tolgoi and Javkhlant licences.
