Entree has a contractual right to receive a declining share of royalty income that Ecora Resources PLC receives from its 0.5% net-smelter-return royalty over the Canariaco copper project. Fortescue Ltd owns the project through Nascent Exploration Pty Ltd, and the pass-through right expires after 2039.
