EnergyX's Chilean subsidiary Black Giant SpA is developing a phased closed-loop DLE project near Salar de Punta Negra. Eni agreed in July 2026 to acquire 25%, invest up to US$225 million in phases, contribute upstream execution expertise, take a board seat and obtain an option to offtake up to 25% of LCE production.
