Jabiluka is held under long-term care and maintenance in the Northern Territory. ERA has committed that development will not occur without Mirarr Traditional Owner approval. The Northern Territory declined renewal of the mineral lease in July 2024; ERA's judicial review remains in abeyance pending the compulsory acquisition proceedings. ERA reports no current Jabiluka Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve because reasonable prospects for eventual economic extraction are not presently established.
