Cooper Creek comprises exploration licence applications ELA23311 and ELA23312 covering about 810 square kilometres in the northern Alligator Rivers Uranium Province. ERA holds 50%, Cameco Australia holds 40% and manages the venture, and Sutton Motors holds 10%. The ground remains at an early application-stage exploration concept with no current Mineral Resource. ERA agreed on 30 June 2026 to sell its interest to Deep Yellow, subject to conditions and government approvals.
