A 61,114-acre potash project on Muskowekwan First Nation reserve lands in southeastern Saskatchewan. Encanto holds a 77.04% economic interest after selling 22.96% in 2020, subject to a JVA with Muskowekwan First Nation and Muskowekwan Resources Ltd. The 2017 PEA evaluated 3.4 Mtpa of MOP by solution mining and confirmed the continuing validity of the 2013 PFS reserves. The company has conducted no direct project work since 2017 and has been in payment default under the JVA since 2021, giving the First Nation a contractual termination right.
