Empress Resources Corp., formerly Cipher Resources Inc. and Dorex Minerals Inc., was a Canadian-listed mineral investment company pursuing royalty and streaming opportunities. It carried no exploration assets or completed royalty portfolio at March 31, 2020. Alto Ventures acquired all Empress shares in July 2020; Empress was delisted, became Alto's wholly owned subsidiary and subsequently ceased to be a reporting issuer. It is distinct from the separately distributed Empress Royalty Corp.
