Empire retains a gold-production royalty over the third-party-owned Penny's Find Gold Mine: 5% of gold produced up to the first 50,000 ounces and 2.5% thereafter, plus A$200,000 milestones at mining commencement and first gold pour. Maritana Minerals now owns the mine. Its predecessor Horizon Minerals completed a December 2024 underground pre-feasibility study and maiden reserve, but those operator resources, reserves and economics are not attributable to Empire.
